Very good, but I'm sorry to say it is the same in all the schools. Hope you reach the bright ones. Gail

I have read that if teachers treat students as though they CAN do something, they will often rise to those aspirations. Reach the bright ones, but don't forget those that seem to lag behind. It's possible that there are reasons--poor nutrition, lack of parental support, environmental chaos, etc. that has caused them to have those blank stares. Love, compassion, empathy, enthusiam, and encouragement are keys to a child's success.

Hi Amit,
Your esay reminds me of what a teacher friend once told me when I asked him if he is strick with his students. His reply was that he is a three F teacher: Firm, Fair and Friendly.
Much success to you in your chosen career,
Sandi in Florida, USA
