Hello Sabina,

I can see you were close to your mother and I feel your loss of her. I look forward to hearing more about your mother and your life in India.

Hi Sabina,
Mothers are special. They suffer bringing us into the world, then nurture us so we may start life knowing their tender love.

Thank you, Sabina, for honorig your mother here. Reading your words brought many fond memories of my mother to mind.Like you said in another comment, " Memories are like roses that can bloom in December." May your life be filled with many lovely roses. Tom

I loved your poem, Sabina. Now I feel I know your mother just a bit. Talking about our loved ones, looking at their pictures, keeps our memories strong and alive. Carol

Oh Sabina, I can echo your words about your mother. My Mama was the same...beautiful in spirit as well as physically...kindness was a virtue, and any mention of her, to this day, 21 years after her death, makes my heart smile. I plan to print out your lovely poem and keep it among some photos of my own dear mother whose name was Katherine. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Thankyou so much, Susan for your wonderful comment.. I printed this poem of mine along with a painting I did of my Mom and me. Was'nt able to add it with my post. But I sent it along with a lovely photograph of her to most of our dear ones 5 yrs ago. i feel honoured that you will be putting it up.. Thanks again.

Hi Sabina,
Your loving tribute to your mother is beautifully composed. She possessed many endearing, wonderful qualities, and like Susan said in her comment (We are sisters.), reminds us of our own sweet mother who went to Heaven too soon.
Some of your writings, including this one, make me think of stringing rare pearls one at a time on a cord, and when you finish your story or poem, there is a beautiful, strong pearl necklace to compliment it.
Blessings,
Sandi in FL.
