My co-worker and I learned something interesting today.

If you are writing a MS Word Document or an email in Outlook and have the caps lock key on, you don't have to retype everything.
Highlight the capitalized area and click "Shift" and "F3".
It puts all letters in lower case. Do it again, it capitalizes the first letter of every sentence, a 3rd time will change it back all caps.
It does not work with proper nouns adjectives derived from proper nouns. You'll still have to correct those.
