Epitaph

Will he be remembered well?
That lad who worked in a mine
and lumber camp, with an
eye for the North Country
where men were men. Then raised
a family to be proud of.
His kind ways, loving nature
and pride of countryside
was a sacred journey he placed
feet upon. Now hes gone.
Will others continue his song,
sung in unity with creatures
from the woods where
his heart once belonged?
