If the sun no longer shines and flowers cease to grow, if there were no more rain, and no mountains capped with snow, if all the rocks did crumble, and the winds no longer blow and if all the rivers, ceased thier endless flow, if there were no more winter, no summers and no spring no more april showers and the birds no longer sing, if time itself did end and the earth indeed did die the love i have within my heart for you it would abide. It will shine like a beacon, through that dark night and long, guiding your footsteps down the path untill you are safely home. |
