Weep not oh gentle heart
when you remember me,
weep not when you pas by
those places i used to be.

Weep not when you hear
that one special song,
which always bought us closer
no matter how far we roamed.

Weep not when you remember
our friends and smiling faces,
when we were together love
in those special times and places.

For our times on earth together
are there to cherish and to hold,
within our hearts forever dear
as a miser cherishes his gold.

Weep not for we shall meet again
on some far and distant shore,
and will remain together love
as we were forever more.
