the dow is down and the nasdaq too
and the price of milk just makes me blue
but i gotta pay taxes or i get sued
and i dont know what i'm gonna do!

The feds all say things are getting better
but i just got a foreclosure letter
now i gotta go to the court of debtors
and i got eight kids and no baby setter!

The bank just laughs when i ask for a loan
and i got creditors ringing my phone
the whole situation makes me groan
if i were E.T. i would just go back home!

the whole situation has my head spinning
everyone is loosing and there aint no winning
i would like to curse but that would be sining
so my obiter dictum is this poem i'm penning!
