A note to let you know how far a story can travel over the last several years. "My Saving Grace" first appeared in a Chicken Soup For The Body and Soul anthology, originally called "The Fawn." Then it took the story of the year honors at www.longstoryshort.net. This summer I submitted it a third time to the Pure Inspiration Magazine where it appeared in three beautiful glossy pages and a full page wilderness/fawn photo to introduce the piece.
