We Have Met The Enemy…
By Chuck Dishno
10/28/2011

Over 200 years ago, in the battle of 1812 Admiral, Oliver Hazard Perry coined the saying, “We have met the enemy and they are ours.”

Now 200 years later we are facing the possibility of losing our beloved country thru corruption, ignorance and greed from our government, both Democrat and Republican, but mostly, I fear, the former.

Time is running short to get our act together and save this great nation.

In 1971, Walt Kelly’s Pogo, the little possum from the Okefenokee Swamp, said it best in one of his comic strips: “We have met the enemy and they is us.”

Good citizens, let’s stop rolling over and playing possum. End this madness and vote ourselves back into the greatest nation the world has ever known and stop the greed.
