Some Success

I have been having some success lately.

This week I had two emails from Chicken Soup for the Soul.
They have two of my stories in the final stages of
acceptance for their edition, "Chicken Soup for the Soul - Married Life"

If you make it to the final stages, you're usually
in, but not always. The last time I didn't make that final cut.

I'm pretty sure I'll have one of them make it, because
I exchanged several emails with the editor this week to
get the ending the way she wanted it.

I also have been in contact with a gentleman
who is an actor/producer/soon-to-be director.
We have been talking for 8 months now.
He would like to convert several of my stories
into screenplays and also have me become one of his
writers. The plan is to start work on one of
them in the spring of 2012, but the date is not set in stone.
