I racked my brain
This is all I can recall
Iím not sure but
I think thatís all

My first grade teacher
Was Miss Blaney, she was shy
The eighth grade boys
Would tease her and she would cry

Then came Miss Vestring
From Cassoday Kansas way
I was happy when she
Married and moved away.

Then there was a Dutch lady teacher
Flora Sager was her name
Put up with no nonsense
But we liked her just the same

One substitute

Mrs. Newacheck
From El Dorado
We all Loved her
Doncha know

Now you are familiar
With District No. 10
In the thirties and forties
Way back when---
