It seems as I am standing in a Whirl Wind
watching every thing I cherished disintegrate
Governments,Churches,Banks and Lives
are torn apart by Greed or Lust or hate.

The World seems to be upside down
and blown to bits and ripped asunder
as I stnd in the center of the whirl wind
with open mouthed surprize and worry and wonder.

What has happened to this Land I loved?
From whence came this violent wind?
And yet It still rages across Our Land
unchecked and seemingly without an end.
Bob Mitchum
