Great Grand Pa's Bones
lay mouldering in the ground,
and no one much remembers where
and no one much comes around.

No one visits his grave anymore
except the caretaker who cuts the grass,
in that old forgotten cemetary
where lay old heroes of a forgotten past.

Grand Pa fought for a lost cause
and most folks theses days,
would rather forget it seems
thats why he's forgotten where he lays.

But then theres always a cause around
they come and go with the wind,
and just like Grand Pa's bones
most are forgotten in the end.

Great Grand Pa's bones
lay mouldering in the ground,
and no one much remembers where
and no one much comes around.
