Happy Birthday to my beautiful Roz...

Today marks my wife's 87th birthday. Her Chinese name is Yuk Moi which means Jade Rose.

Roz truly is a rare rose. She has to be to put up with me for all these years. She says she has no regrets and when asked how she does it she replies, "He makes me laugh."

Roz is a rose without thorns. She is my lover, cook, back scratcher, nurse, chauffer (she guides me right), GPS (she keeps me from making wrong turns) and without a doubt my very best friend in the world.

God truly blessed me when he brought Roz into my life,at a time when I needed it most.

We have been together for over 44 years. That may seem a long time to be with one woman, but oh how long it would have been without this wonderful lady.

We look forward to spending the rest of our lives together and then making the transition into Heaven.

If for some reason I don't make it thru those Pearly Gates, perhaps for some past transgression, I will miss Roz but I can take solace in the fact that I have had Heaven right here on earth.

I love you, Rosalind, my Jade Rose!!
