I returned Home one day
and knocked upon your door
your mother answered and said
Sarah dosent live here anymore.

When we were very young
though my friends called me a fool
and you never asked me too but
I still carried your books to school.

Through the years we kept in touch
as time slowly drifted by
and I still remember our childhood
sometimes with a tear in my eye.

I still awake suddenly some nights thinking
that you spoke to me a moment before
but then I sadly recall those words
Sarah dosent live here anymore.

And just today I stood by your grave
it was your birthday once more
and those words echoed again in my mind
Sarah dosent live here anymore.
