OK as tragic and horrific as the Boston Marathon Bombing was, I do not think that the suspension of due process is the right way to go.We have not heard from the "SUSPECT" we dont know what really happened nor why it happened,oh we have plenty of guesse's and we have the law enforcement side of it,but nothing as yet from the "SUSPECT" some of his friends say that he acted normal at MIT after the incident, was he a part of it? or did his older Brother act alone? was he coerced into taking part in it ? no one knows. It seems that the American public, along with the law enforcement personel have tried and convicted this young man without ever hearing from him,He was not issued his "Miranda Rights" either.
Lets not let our terrorist hysteria and the U.S.Governments Paranoia lead us down into the depths of dispair,we should make sure of ALL the FACTS first before making a judgement of guilty WITHOUT a fair and impartial trial, after all this is still America, not some foreign dictatorship of the 3rd world.
