Standing on Dillingham Street Bridge
with worn out Shoes on My Feet,
got no Money in My Pocket
aint had nothing much to eat.

Watching that Muddy Water
just to pass away some time,
wishing I could hop a train
and go on down the line.

Wish I was some where else
instead of where I am,
because the people in this Town
just dont give a damn.

And if You dont have some money
and You dont own a fancy Home,
then They dont want you here jack
They just want you gone.

So I stand on Dillingham Street Bridge
just passing away some time,
watching that muddy water roll
down toward that Florida Line.
