Happy’s Korner, July, 2013

I am happy that I have nothing to complain about.

I am happy to know people who complain because that reminds me of how blessed I am.

I am happy to be poor by some standards but live in a country where I am not oppressed.

I am happy that I worked hard all my life and don’t rely on other to help me out.

I am happy that I only have one eye…look at the money I save on lens cleaning supplies.

I am happy that I have only 9 fingers…I get a 10th more out of a pair of nail clippers.

I am happy that I cannot walk but have an electric scooter.

I am happy that I can ride my handicapped scooter every day.

I am happy that if my scooter battery gets low that I can plug into anyone’s house to get me home.

I am happy to have a Chinese wife because she knows how to take care of her man.

I am happy to be able to make her laugh.

I am happy to have a “laptop” that purrs named Eddie, aka, Bumper.

I am happy to have a loving God that looks over me and catches me if I falter.

I am happy to live in Dillon, Montana where I can go from one end to the other in 12 minutes.

I am happy to know I could go without eating for a month or a week whichever comes first.

I am happy that I have such a great Chinese cook.

I am happy that when Roz says she is going to put me on a Chinese diet and only give me one chopstick, she is only kidding.

I am happy to say that I would starve with two chopsticks.

I am happy that I just got my drivers license renewed for four more years.

I am happy to believe that I now have a new goal and that is not to expire before my license.

I am happy to have so many friends who respond to my stupid stories.

I am happy to be blessed with a good memory and can relate to the incidents in my 79 year life.

I am happy to be able to go to coffee each morning even at 20 below.

I am happy that the temperature rarely reaches 90 degrees here in the summer.

I am happy to be alive!!!

I am happy to be able to say, “God Bless” all of you and mean it.
